HOW TO MAKE YOUR RETURN - 

Your packet can be returned at any local post office, When posting your return It is highly recommend to use 2nd class recorded to return your parcel, this is the cheapest  and safest  service with peace of mind. 

Inside your packet, you will receive a returns slip simply fill this out cut off the returns address label, apply the address label to the front of your packet, securely  pop your filled out half of the returns slip inside your packet & return via the post office or whatever courier service preferred.

It is very important you fill your returns slip out as clear as possible in clear block capital letters to prevent any delays. and keep your returns tracking. If for any reason the return does not reach us or we cannot identify your return from the returns slip you will need to present this.  Once posted p
lease keep your proof of postage this is very important. 

Within 5 Working Days From The Date We Received Your Return (Not 5 Days From The Posting Date)  You Will Receive An Email To Confirm Your Return Has Reached Us With The Amount Of Store Credit You Will Have On Your Account. 

BWB UK cannot be held responsible for any loss that may occur within the postal system during your returns journey to us and we cannot reimburse if the packet is lost. By sending your item via a signed for service and presenting the posting receipt to us as soon as you've posted you will be able to trace your return, giving you peace of mind that it has safely reached our premises and the return will also be insured in case of loss or damage by the postal courier. 


We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Order
You can return any item you don't wish to keep for a store credit unless otherwise stated, we just ask that –

  • You return your items to BWB UK to the provided returns address below within 14 days of cancellation. This date starts from one day after you receive your parcel. 

  • We ask that the items are unworn and unwashed.

  • Items must have all tags still attached or if no tags items must be returned in their original clear packaging. 

  • Swimwear with the hygiene seal must still be attached.

  • Lingerie / underwear are to be tried on over clothing in respect of hygiene rules. 

  • Please ensure no items are marked by makeup, false tan or creams and ask for care to be taken when trying your items on.
     

We reserve the right not to provide credit  if you return items to us outside the terms of our 14 day cancellation period unless goods are not of a satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described . It is also important that you’re aware that the cost of returns must be paid by the customer unless an item is incorrect or faulty, in this case please contact customer care ASAP of being in receipt of your order with your order number and photos of the faulty / incorrect item, we will investigate and resolve this within 48 working hours for you. All incorrect / faulty items must be sent back via 2nd class recorded post in order for us to be able to cover your return fees if applicable.

If for any reason you cannot return your order within 14 days please contact within 7 days after item receipt to let us know and extend your return. Please state your reasons for being unable to return within the 14 days how long extra you'll need. Failure to contact us and your return being received after the 14 days will result in your return being rejected and sent back to the senders address.

Returns Processing Times 

Please send return within 14 days of cancelling your purchase with us.  Once we have received your return please allow 14 days for us to process this. Please do not contact to chase during this time period and await the refund we have it all under control. In the unlikely event it has been over 14 days and you've still not yet had your refund through please pop us an email with your order number and proof of postage, and we'll chase this up.


Exchanges 

For exchanges please follow the same steps as above, then please email us with your exchange choice after sending tracking info over. Please  allow 5-8 working days for exchanges to be processed. It is the customers responsibility to pay for the return to be sent to us, VB Fashion will cover the postage  fees it costs to send the exchange out. 

 

 

You will then receive a refund as per the policy above.

 

Please ensure that lingerie and swimwear items are tried on over your own underwear. In the interest of hygiene, please do not remove the seal. If this is the case, then we can rationally decline your refund.
