We want to make your return as hassle free and quick as possible so by following the simple steps below we can achieve this. Please ensure you have read all returns information below to ensure you've followed the correct returns procedure and are aware of returns turn around times.
HOW TO MAKE YOUR RETURN -
Your packet can be returned at any local post office, When posting your return It is highly recommend to use 2nd class recorded to return your parcel, this is the cheapest and safest tracked service.
There is no need to provide any information inside your return the only thing we require in order to make your refund is a email to us with your
1 - Order Number (If you cannot locate your order number, please supply the order post code)
2 - Returns Tracking Code Or Photo Of Receipt
3 - What Item/s You've Returned
Once you have posted your item via tracked delivery you must submit the above information over to us by using one of the contact methods here on our CONTACT page
Please keep and send to us your posting receipt or returns tracking number tracking code for the return as soon as possible you will need this to be issued your refund.
VB Fashion cannot be held responsible for any loss that may occur within the postal system during your returns journey to us and we cannot reimburse if the packet is lost. By sending your item via a signed for service and presenting the posting receipt to us as soon as you've posted you will be able to trace your return, giving you peace of mind that it has safely reached our premises and the return will also be insured in case of loss or damage by the postal courier.

You can return any item you don't wish to keep, we just ask that –
You return your items to VB Fashion to the provided returns address below within 14 days of cancellation. This date starts from one day after you receive your parcel.
We ask that the items are unworn and unwashed.
Items must have all tags still attached or if no tags items must be returned in their original clear packaging.
Swimwear with the hygiene seal must still be attached.
Lingerie / underwear are to be tried on over clothing in respect of hygiene rules.
Please ensure no items are marked by makeup, false tan or creams and ask for care to be taken when trying your items on.
We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our 14 day cancellation period unless goods are not of a satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described . It is also important that you’re aware that the cost of returns must be paid by the customer unless an item is incorrect or faulty, in this case please contact customer care ASAP of being in receipt of your order with your order number and photos of the faulty / incorrect item, we will investigate and resolve this within 48 working hours for you. All incorrect / faulty items must be sent back via 2nd class recorded post in order for us to be able to cover your return fees if applicable.

Returns Processing Times
Please send return within 14 days of cancelling your purchase with us. Once we have received the email from you confirming your cancellation of your order / returns details we will reply with acknowledgement of your cancellation within 24-28 working hours, from that date please kindly allow 14 working days from the date you send your returns receipt over to us. You will receive an email confirming your return has been processed and from then, funds will be credited into your account within 3-5 working days of your return being refunded for.
For exchanges please follow the same steps as above, then please email us with your exchange choice after sending tracking info over. Please allow 5-8 working days for exchanges to be processed. It is the customers responsibility to pay for the return to be sent to us, VB Fashion will cover the postage fees it costs to send the exchange out.
THE CONSUMER CONTRACTS REGULATIONS
If you’re a customer in the EEA, you get 14 days to cancel your contract with us. This two week period starts from the day after you receive your order (or from the day after you receive the last item of your order). You’ll need to write to us with notice of your cancellation – you can make contact HERE and above you can find details of how to return your order.
If you’re cancelling your contract with us but have already received your order, or your order has not yet arrived and is still on route you’ll need to await for your order to arrive, and return the item(s) to us using the steps details above under our returns instructions process.
You will then receive a refund as per the policy above.
Please ensure that lingerie and swimwear items are tried on over your own underwear. In the interest of hygiene, please do not remove the seal. If this is the case, then we can rationally decline your refund.
