  • Please note we are currently experiencing high volumes of inboxes due to the impact of mailing strikes / delays.  deliveries /processing  are taking significantly longer and post is getting stuck / back logged within the deppo's -  during this time frame, we please ask customers to kindly refrain from chasing orders that are running a few days late -  this is to be expected during this period & you should receive email updates to keep you in the loop. 

    If your order has not arrived with you after 30 days from the exact DUE DATE stated on your emails please get in touch and we will check into this matter ASAP.

This service is estimated within 8-12 working days (2.5 weeks) after order processing - orders are sent via Royal Mail economic delivery.  This service is for all items via our website (excluding pre order items) Working days excludes weekends & bank holiday periods Please only select this service if you are happy to wait as it can take a little longer then standard delivery.  Due to the current situation please allow up to 3 weeks with this service. 


PRE ORDER ITEMS - 3-4 WEEKS
Please pay attention to any items that have a pre order status, they will take anywhere between 2-3 weeks to arrive as some items will come direct from our suppliers. Please do not select 3-5 working day delivery option for pre orders as these will arrive at a later date. If you have ordered pre orders with none pre order items we will dispatch the none pre order first, and then pre order will follow to ensure you get your order as quickly as possible.
Pre order items cannot be cancelled. 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY 7-15 WORKING DAYS (REST OF THE WORLD) £12.50this service genuinely reaches within 7-15 working days. Items are sent via Royal Mail International signed for and a tracking number is included with this service. This service is for all items via our website and for customers that are outside of the UK. This applies to anywhere in the world.  Working days excludes weekends & bank holiday periods. 

WE WILL SEND YOU EMAIL UPDATES THROUGHOUT YOUR ORDER - PLEASE BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR JUNK FOLDER AND EMAIL ADDRESS YOU USED TO PLACE THE ORDER WITH IF YOU HAVE NOTHING THROUGH AFTER 72 WORKING HOURS.

ONCE THE ORDER IS PLACED, SOME ORDERS WILL BE COMING DIRECT VIA THE SUPPLIERS, SO THIS DELIVERY CANNOT BE CHANGED / CANCELLED OR AMENDED FOR ANY REASON HOWEVER YOU DO HAVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER UPON RECEIPT WITHIN 14 DAYS.

UK UNLIMITED FREE DELIVERY FOR A YEAR £9.95
This service genuinely reaches within 8-12 working days. Items are sent via Royal Mail. Pay only a one off fee of £9.95 for an entire 365 days and receive free standard delivery after this on as many orders from Voodoo as you like! When you have placed your order with this option, you will be emailed a unique code to use at checkout for each time you place an order with us that will entitle you to free delivery on all future shops for the period of 365 days. This code is for personal use only & the one off delivery fee of £9.95 is none refundable. The code will automatically expire 365 days from the purchase date and can be renewed after a year if customer wishes to do so.
