Voodoo Is an online based company based within the UK Liverpool. We run our business across our website, social media platforms and eBay store. We do not have a walk in shop we are purely based online and post all items out via post worldwide.
WHERE DO YOU GET YOUR STOCK FROM?
Voodoo works with many wholesalers all over the world to locate the best unique affordable fashion that is not yet available on the high streets. Our stock is sourced from all over the world - UK, Spain, Germany, China and India and this list continues to grow the more we discover!
DO YOU HAVE A CONTACT NUMBER?
As a small online UK-based company, we do not have the capacity to offer call center customer service.
However, we can be contacted via the customer service email address we aim to answer your emails within 48-72 working hours.

I MISSED MY DELIVERY WHAT DO I DO ?
Not home when Royal Mail have tried to deliver? DON'T WORRY! Royal Mail will rather leave your parcel next door, or take the packet back to their sorting office and await instructions from you. Royal Mail will leave a little red calling card please follow the instructions on this to claim your parcel. The parcel will be held for aprox 2 weeks in your sorting office before being returned back to us so please arrange a re-delivery or collection on your parcel before this time period is up.
I'VE MADE A MISTAKE ON MY ORDER WHAT DO I DO? Chosen the incorrect colour or size by mistake? Don't worry! ASAP Pop us an email here with your email address and we can try to amend the order for you - email@example.comPLEASE NOTE - If the order has already been shipped we will not be able to amend the order It would be a case of awaiting delivery & returning it back to us for an exchange.
MY ORDER IS GOING TO / GONE TO THE INCORRECT ADDRESS WHAT DO I DO?Forgot to update your postal details? We will try to help! ASAP Pop us an email here so we can try to amend this for you - firstname.lastname@example.orgPLEASE NOTE - If the order has already been shipped we will not be able to amend the address, it would then be the customers responsibility to go and collect the item from their former premises / local sorting office. Unfortunately we cannot send replacements out or refund for the transaction for this customers error. If the item is unable to be collected it will be returned back to us 2-3 weeks later via Royal Mail only once we received the parcel back to our premises we can then send it out to the customers updated address or refund.
HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
We accept safe paypal or bank card payments via our website. If you have a paypal account great! simply add your item/s to your shopping cart and click on the paypal icon at the checkout, this will automatically take you to the paypal website to make payment. Don't have a paypal account? Don't worry, we also accept card payments too! Again add your item/s to your cart, go to the checkout point and click the paypal icon (you don't have a paypal account but click it anyway) then there will be a link that say's 'don't have a paypal account' click that, and you will be able to pay safely with your card as a guest via paypal, no need to sign up for an account.
DO YOU ACCEPT CASH, BANK TRANSFER, CHEQUE OR POSTAL ORDERS?
Sorry we don't! We can only accept payments through our website via paypal or card.
